The highest governing body of the Košice IT Valley cluster is its General Assembly. General Assembly elects the Supervisor Board and the Board of Directors as well as nominates the Executive Director. The Executive Director is the statutory representative of the cluster and manages its activities. The Board of Directors is an executive body that directs and manages the activities of the association. The Supervisory Board is a controlling body that oversees the activities of the association.
