Get a glimpse into how teams work in the largest CX studio in Slovakia. Ivana Molnárová will guide you through a common agile sprint - from role division, through daily rituals and processes, to communication channels and tools that facilitate collaboration. Using concrete examples from practice, she will show how these elements shape team culture, foster collaboration between designers, developers and stakeholders, and increase the return on investment in design. You'll also learn how DesignOps enables teams to operate long-term with high satisfaction and low turnover.
Ivana leads a multidisciplinary team that solves complex UX challenges. She ensures that projects move forward with Lean UX and an agile approach, so that both designers and developers have a clear view and the client gets what they expect. He and his team are currently working on projects for the European Patent Office.

Ján has had a varied career - from consulting across Europe, through marketing at a Slovak startup to working at digital studio Hellephant on international projects. Over the years he has co-founded and successfully exited two businesses. Today he works in the corporate world where he continues to learn and develop his passion for innovation, product strategy and Design Thinking.
