During the workshop, teachers will learn about Scrum - one of the modern agile approaches used in different areas to effectively achieve goals and results.
In the first part of the workshop they will get acquainted with the basic principles of Scrum, its functioning and possibilities of its use in practice. They will learn who makes up a Scrum team, what roles and competencies individual team members have and what ceremonies are part of the Scrum process. It also includes an introduction to eduScrum as an approach applicable in a school environment.
The second part of the workshop focuses on the practical experience of Scrum and eduScrum through interactive activities, games and team exercises. Participants will experience the principles of collaboration, planning and reflection and experience the benefits of an agile approach to problem solving.
The workshop concludes with a team self-reflection that promotes awareness of the team's strengths and opportunities for further improvement.
Participants will gain inspiration on how to respond flexibly to change, work more effectively in a team, navigate complex tasks, and achieve results in incremental steps with an emphasis on ongoing feedback and development.
