Anna Strýčková works at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where she leads the Workforce Tranformation team that helps companies streamline processes and find solutions in the area of human capital. In her role, she manages total reward transformation projects, where she uses her many years of expertise gained in consulting. Together with his team, he publishes the annual PayWell salary survey as well as the HR Benchmarking HR metrics survey, in which more than 200 companies from over ten sectors participate.
