Club for Gifted Children

The Kempelen Community brings together intellectually gifted children and young people, creating a space for their development, interaction, and mutual inspiration.

The initiative is organized in cooperation with Mensa Slovakia and its members, who have long supported the development of talent and the potential of gifted children.

One of the regular activities of the Kempelen Community is a monthly club meeting for gifted children. These informal gatherings provide children with the opportunity to develop their curiosity, creativity, and logical thinking through various activities, discussions, games, and thematic workshops.

The club creates a safe and stimulating environment where children with similar ways of thinking can meet, share their interests, explore new topics, and work on challenges that intellectually engage them. The content of each meeting may vary – from logical puzzles, scientific experiments, and technology-related topics to discussions about interesting questions from the world of science, society, and innovation.

Košice IT Valley supports this initiative as part of its broader effort to develop talent and technological thinking from an early age. We believe that creating a stimulating environment for talented children is an important foundation for the future innovation potential of the region.
