The workshop will focus on analysing the so-called “Stress management”, its essence and ways to build resistance to stress. Also, the so-called “Storytelling” topic will be covered, which is based on the story in the presentation.

The focus will be on the technical preparation of presentations and the specifics of online presentation, emphasising such topics as how to keep the audience’s attention, prepare the broadcasting environment, and choose the right tools for the online presentation.
